Kim's ability to connect with her clients and her use of multiple theoretical techniques leads to the achievement of their therapeutic goals. Collaboration with family and medical providers allows Kim to view the client in a holistic way and provide support in all areas the client may be struggling.

Kim began her career working with adults and families in an Employee Assistance Program setting and carries some of the same principles of a Solution-focused approach in her counseling techniques today. She is able to have her clients focus on their strengths, goals and next steps toward their futures. Kim focuses on depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief and loss, woman's issues, and divorce/separation while maintaining the EAP principle of gaining a work/life balance.
